3 day self guided adventure!

3 Days of adventure, paddling from Lake Argyle to Kununurra (a local Aboriginal Word meaning "Meeting of Big Waters") along the magnificent Upper Ord River. Spectacular scenery, breathtaking gorges, Birds and wildlife galore, swimming, fishing , bushwalks and so much more... Do as much or as little as you like - You're the Boss! Camp by the river under a million stars next to the dying embers of your fire at our two bush campsites.

WE GIVE YOU...

Scenic drive to Lake Argyle, 2 person Canadian Canoes & safety equipment, Esky (for your food + drinks), 2 storage barrels, swag, mozzie nets, map, camping kit, pick up and transfers.

YOU BRING...

Food and drinks for 3 days - (2 breakfast, 3 lunches, 2 dinner + snacks + nibbles), sleeping bag (we can help you if you don't have one), personal items, long sleeve shirts + pants, sarong etc. hat, torch, sunscreen, camera, shoes (for walking & water etc), common sense and a spirit of adventure.

THE CAMPS...

Our campsites are low impact Bush Camps, that make a great camping experience. Table, fireplace, level sleeping areas & long-drop toilet provide some creature comforts.

GENERAL INFO

We depart everyday if we have a minimum of 2 persons and can organise large groups as well. Pick-up time is between 5.45am and 6am from your accomodation or you can stay at our relaxed place, Kununurra Backpackers. You can store your car here if you wish as well. Anything you don't want to take on the Safari can be stored in our lockable luggage room. Please feel free to call us if you have any other questions. "We're here to help."
